Founded in 2010 by Ramon Leon, an award-winning art director with international experience, 3ciclo brings a wealth of expertise to every project. Over the years, our work has earned more than twenty international accolades, including honors from Promax Global Excellence, Promax Latinoamérica, Promax North America, the Telly Awards, and multiple recognitions from the IRPC International Reggae Poster Contest.

Ramon’s career has spanned Caracas, San Francisco, and Miami, collaborating with brands like Leo Burnett, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Warner Channel Latin America, and NBCUniversal Global Distribution: Telemundo. These experiences have shaped a deep understanding of design that resonates with diverse audiences and markets.

How We Create:

GRAPHIC DESIGN: The foundation of our practice. From logos and brand visuals to sales kits, posters, brochures, catalogs, and menus — we create with purpose across both print and digital platforms. Our process extends to large-format graphics, social assets, and production supervision, ensuring every detail is considered and every execution is flawless.

PRESENTATIONS: Ideas deserve to be seen, not just shown. We design Keynote and PowerPoint decks, one-sheets, and live presentation visuals that bring stories to life — clear, cohesive, and visually compelling.

BRANDING AND ADVERTISING: We craft brand expressions that connect. From campaign concepts and magazine layouts to billboards, social media, and digital storytelling, we design for emotion, clarity, and impact — whether it’s a launch, a refresh, or a bold new direction.
