Leon is a highly skilled illustrator who possesses a profound fascination for the artistic world. Growing up in Caracas, Venezuela, as the son of a painter, he was immersed in a creative environment from a very young age. Surrounded by art, Leon developed a heightened sensitivity for the visual experience, which greatly influenced his artistic journey.

Ramon's artistic journey began during his teenage years when he started drawing "Fantasmas" (Ghosts) and "Caras Largas" (Long Faces). This initial fascination has remained a constant throughout his life, fueling his creativity and resulting in an extraordinary body of work. Ramon's dedication to his craft has led him to continuously explore and push the boundaries of his artistic expression.

In this brief narrative, we capture Ramon's lifelong passion for drawing ghosts and long faces, showcasing his unwavering commitment to his art. The use of phrases like "obsession" and "amazing body of work" highlights the depth and quality of Ramon's creations, while the mention of his continuous exploration conveys his ongoing quest for artistic growth and discovery.

Over the course of the past five years, he had devoted himself to a steady work ethic, constantly refining his artistic abilities and nurturing a deep sense of security and ownership over his distinct style.

The improvisation of what happens in the moment, and the sensation produced by this immediacy are the motor of my work.
